The Top 13 UK Towns Where You’re Likely To Be Cheated On

Unlucky for anyone that lives in Beeston, I expect you’ll be having a few arguments or trust issues. Especially after a survey was released revealing the 13 towns where you’re most likely to be cheated on.

Beeston was named the No.1 town, which is surprising as it only has a population of 37,010 and 941 affairs are currently taking place. I guess everyone’s shagging each other.

Other towns at the top include Livingston (where over 2% of people are cheating), Maidenhead and Taunton.

Illicit Encounters surveyed people up and down the UK to find out the results. Awkward if you took the poll with your other half.

Pyscologist Lucy Redford has given her opinion on the results and why the smaller towns are at the top:

There are many reasons people have affairs in small towns like Beeston. Often, when passion has left a relationship, but people don’t want to fracture their home status or disrupt a family unit, and they’re not willing to compromise their sex lives, an affair becomes tempting.
